Cabaret
Kids is the only professional cabaret program for young people in New York. For ages 4 and up, students learn basic acting
fundamentals, voice and breathing techniques, dance and movement, how to write a story around a song and how to tell that
story through words and music. Everyone gets a solo, either singing or acting and the session ends with a New York City style
cabaret in an edgy, underground setting remeniscent of places like Don't Tell Mama and The Rainbow Room.
The Winter/Spring session begins Monday, January 9th and runs through June.
